This article deals with the research of global history research and the teaching of the middle school history.The research methods of history will influence the direction of history teaching.With the promotion of the global economic integration process,global history begins to appear.Global history is actually a new thinking and a new perspective.It advocates paying attention to the common civilization of mankind.Through the use of global history to promote middle school history teaching during the youth's growth journey,it helps to train qualified citizens of the world.This article elaborates on the origins of the study of global history and its progress in contemporary China,the narrative of the global history of middle school history textbooks,the examination of the "global history" in the historical papers of middle schools,and the discussions on the teaching of history in secondary schools related to global history.The introduction part mainly introduces the domestic and foreign scholars' review of the global history and the relevant understanding of the global history of middle school history academic circles.The first part of the text introduces the origin of global history research and its progress in contemporary China.From the introduction of the connotation of the global history view,and combing the research progress of the Chinese academia,we can understand China's current research on global history from a macro perspective.The second part of the text reviews the presentation of “Global History” in the history textbooks of middle schools from the late Qing Dynasty to the present.Starting from the instructional standards for teaching,the curriculum of secondary school history is divided into two phases: one is from the late Qing Dynasty to the beginning of reform and opening up,and the other is after the reform and opening up.The "Global History" presented in the history textbooks of middle schools are all based on the background of the times.This section gives a detailed analysis of this content.The third part of the text begins with the examination of "Global History" in the middle school history test paper,and focuses on the examination of the global history of the college entrance examination,including the summary and summary of the contents and features of the global history examination in the middle school history test paper.The fourth part of the text is a discussion of the history teaching in middle schools related to global history.It is based on the history of global history teachers' professional literacy enhancement,basic knowledge teaching and global history infiltration,global history and high school review preparation.The impact of history on the history teaching in middle schools and the history teachers in high schools is gradually deepening.
