Research On Collaborative Management Of Public Culture In Shaanxi Province

In today’s era of great cultural prosperity and development,the unilateral management model under the monopoly of the government has been difficult to activate and release the realization of multiple good governance.Therefore,we should pay attention to the diversified development of public cultural governance.More importantly,it is extremely urgent to build a public cultural collaborative governance mechanism that is responsible for overall coordination,co-construction and sharing.In this mechanism,that is government-led and where multiple social forces participate.First of all,in the early stage,the research background,research significance and research methods of collaborative governance of public culture are elaborated in detail,combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research on the cooperative governance of public culture,deeply analyze the concepts,characteristics and relevant theoretical connotations of public cultural cooperative governance,to provide the foundation for the study of the cooperative governance of public culture in Shaanxi Province.Secondly,Based on the concrete analysis of the main body composition,operation mechanism and system guarantee of public culture coordination in Shaanxi Province,and the results obtained.Summarizes the realistic foundation for the collaborative governance of public culture in Shaanxi Province.In the process of public cultural management,there are some problems,such as the division of government functions,the insufficient participation of social forces,and so on..As a result,the resources of public cultural management are short of effective integration and the efficiency of management is not given full play.Therefore,the chapter analyzes the lack of the main body participation in the cooperative governance of public culture in Shaanxi Province,the lack of the overall operational mechanism in the cooperative governance and the weak guarantee of the operation of the cooperative governance of the public culture.Finally,after learning from the successful experience of the existing public culture collaborative governance,To address existing problems,it propose to put forward the countermeasures to optimize and perfect the collaborative governance of public culture in Shaanxi Province from three aspect: strengthening the orderly participation of multiplesubjects,establishing and perfecting the integrated operational mechanism of public culture,optimizing the guarantee of public cultural cooperative governance system.
