In the current situation of various cultural and ideological exchanges in the world,it is of great practical significance to promote the foreign communication of Chinese culture through the mainstream media and promote the international influence and cultural soft power of Chinese culture.Based on this,the author has consulted the newspapers and periodicals of the people's daily(Overseas Edition)since 2001,and analyzed the main contents of the "people's Daily"(Overseas Edition)for more than ten years and summed up its main features through the analysis of a large number of first-hand data.Countermeasures and suggestions.This paper briefly summarizes the external propaganda thoughts and related cultural publicity practices of Marx's classic writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,and analyzes the role of Party newspapers and official media in the external dissemination of culture.Based on this theory,a large number of newspapers have been sorted out and researched on the contents of the "people's Daily"(Overseas Edition)about the "intangible heritage".It is believed that our traditional official media still have great advantages in the spread of Chinese culture.However,due to the existence of cultural hegemony and cultural infiltration in western culture and the rise of new media and the diversification of media,people's daily(Overseas Edition)is also facing some challenges to promote the spread of "intangible cultural heritage".In the cultural publicity,there are some problems such as the lack of reporting mode and language style,the lack of innovation and the imperfect modern communication system.Therefore,in order to enhance the communication effect of the Chinese culture and enhance China's cultural outreach capacity,based on the "people's Daily"(Overseas Edition)on the "intangible cultural heritage" the cultural form of the report analysis as the foundation,put forward the following suggestions: one is the "brand strategy of intangible cultural heritage project.By creating key cultural brands and exploring representative cultural projects,we can create a symbol of cultural symbols.The two is the internationalization strategy of the communication policy.We should pay more attention to the overseas audience,cooperate with the local Chinese newspapers,improve the content of the report,and further improve the form of cultural communication.The three is the modernization strategy of the path of communication.Innovate the language style,enrich the way of reporting,use a variety of communication skills,create a full range of mobile end service.Four is the scientific strategy of the talent team.The innovation talent training mechanism and the establishment of incentive system to create new media talents.
