A Study On The Role Of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage In The Promotion Of National Cultural Soft Power

Globalization era is the era of competition,the competition of comprehensive national strength between countries tend to focus on cultural soft power.That is to say,a country who leads in the cultural development is also likely to gain the initiative in the international competition.Therefore,to enhance the national cultural soft power and right of speech in the international arena is a significantly important realistic subject to be solved.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: in order to improve the national cultural soft power,we need to consolidate the foundation of national cultural soft power,inherit and uphold the traditional virtues of the Chinese people in the long-term practice,and show the unique charm of Chinese culture.Intangible cultural heritage is an authentic record of multicultural ecology of various ethnic groups.It is the wisdom and precious wealth of human civilization to ensure the continuation of human society.China's intangible cultural heritage has a fundamental position in the process of upgrading the national cultural soft power.There are different levels of cultural content between the intangible cultural heritage and the national cultural soft power,which includes the unity of material and spirit,the region and the whole,the tradition and the modern.The inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage helps people to form the most common,basic and enduring values,and becomes to the vitality,creativity and cohesion of China.As a result,the unique living environment,the practice of human life,and collaborative aesthetic views may enhance the national cultural soft power and broaden the way of cultural development as well as the cultural values and resources.This paper firstly is going to review the releated concepts of the national cultural soft power and intangible cultural heritage and its development status,followed by the analysis of the essence of the intangible cultural heritage.The effect factors of the intangible cultural heritage in the promotion of national cultural soft power will be pointed.,and the relationship between intangible cultural heritage and national cultural soft power will be clarified.The paper will also analyze the obstacles of inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,explore characteristics of inheritancethe and the effective ways to promote national cultural soft from “cultural soft power” to “national cultural soft power” and its basic structure are analyzed.Secondly,origin and forming process of concepts of cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage are deeply analyzed.The essential connotation and features of intangible cultural heritage are generalized,and the statue quo of its heritage is surveyed.Finally,improving national cultural soft power
