The education of children's palace is one of the important components of the school education system outside China, and it is also an important supplementary form of the school education system in China. With the deepening of reforms in the field of education in China, people are increasingly aware that Lideshuren not only needs continuous innovation of formal education, but also needs to vigorously integrate non-formal education forces such as children's palaces to form an educational force. In this context, how to further clarify the development orientation of the Children's Palace and how to give full play to its unique values and functions is the top priority for the current development of the Youth Palace.According to the AGIL model of Parsons, the functional analysis of the system focuses on how the four functional requirements of adaptation, goal achievement, integration, and potential model maintenance are met. This article conducts an empirical survey of a national-level school-based extracurricular educational activity base, the Children's Palace in City C,integrating Parsons' "AGIL" model with the "co-framework" model proposed by Nadler and Tushman, from the six aspects of funds, goals, teaching staff, activities, management and culture,a profound analysis of the functions of the Children's Palace.Studies have shown that the shortage of funds in the actual operation of children's palaces, the inability of teachers to adapt to modern teaching needs, the ambiguous target orientation, inadequate resource integration, and institutional and cultural issues hinder their implementation,in response to the above issues,we propose effective strategies for improvement. The full text mainly includes five parts:The introduction part elaborates the origin of the research of this research. It has made a review of the existing related research and made a clear study design. The first chapter specifically expounds the relevant theories of this study, and clarifies the construction of the analysis path of the functions of the youth palace. The second chapter, combining the "cooperative framework" model of the organization with the core elements of the operation of the children's palace, carries out an empirical survey of the children's palace in city C and reveals the current situation. The third chapter, based on Parsons "AGIL" model theory, deeply analyzes the function of youth palace organization. The fourth chapter proposes the countermeasures for the development of the children's palace from four aspects: the improvement of the adaptation function, the maintenance of the target achievement function, the improvement of the integration function, and the optimization of the potential model maintenance function.
