Over the years, the development of China’s rural primary schools facing various difficulties, it has not found a suitable school-based curriculum development model. In practice,Children’s Palace of village school in rural primary schools as a new development model of the course, gradually shows its vitality. In recent years, the Central Civilization Network, Shandong TV stations, public Daily and other media come to report this village school. In 2009, Comrade Wang Shiming, deputy director of the Central Civilization Office to the village primary research,spoke highly of the Children’s Palace of the school work.He cited Liu Yuxi famous classic improvisation to praise and encourage the children’s palace of the school ?s achievements. This study selected the Children’s Palace in Qufu village school in rural primary schools as a case model to study the development of school-based curriculum. This study describles village school development process and daily operation of the Children’s Palace in detail in narrative approach.Firstly,the village primary school management "Three Musketeers", tacit understanding,leading to the development of the school’s Palace in the right direction, pointing out the way forward.Secondly,the majority of teachers counselors seriously practice "censure, for fear of not" attitude, contribute to the respective straw, painting and zither groups. Finally, the village school coorperates with Qufu Normal University, set up college students practice base,which inject fresh forces for the development of the village school.In short, the Children?s Palace of village school manage to offer the village babys close contact with a valuable opportunity to quality education like the city?s children, so that more baby village broaden their horizons.It is believed that the Children’s Palace regain the confidence of the village school children.Children’s Palace of village schools flourish, thought-provoking, enlightening. Primary stage is the most critical period of basic education, basic education primary school not only to transport students to school, but also to help children tap their own potential, to enable students to become his / her own. The children’s palace of yue village primary school take advantage of this platform to educate every child with quality education. In this process, the children’s palace of yue village school working closely with family, community and Qufu Normal University.It finds a new path for rural primary schools and school-based curriculum development.It proved that schools, families, communities should not be isolated from each other, but should be able to cooperate and support each other, and seek common development; rural primary schools also could work with universities. In short, the cooperation has become the proper meaning of the Children’s Palace development of rural schools.Of course, when it comes to refer to this model, we should pay attention to the three “degrees”of the problem:the heat,intensity and sweetness problem.
