This paper mainly uses field survey methods to conduct interviews and follow-up surveys and researches with 14 storytelling artists in Qin County.The article is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,the history and Quyi categories of Qin county and the present situation of the folk representative storytelling group are carefully combed and explained.On the one hand,it shows the living conditions of different storytelling groups and the art of learning from each other.On the other hand,it reveals the social mobility which takes the storytelling artists as the core.In the second chapter,through careful observation and in-depth interviews,the author focuses on three cases,describing the love,marriage and family life of blind artists.Blind artists have the same good hopes for marriage as the common people,but their marital status presents the hardships of life and the misery of marriage and family because that they work anywhere in whole year.Their marital status is mostly inner marriage or the union of divorced women,even if married to a family,most of the time they will perform in the countryside,and get together with their lover more than a few.The third chapter mainly describes the economic income and expenditure of the storyteller.The blind storyteller holds the superb traditional Qinzhou Sanxian skills,but they maintain their lives rely on the countryside performances and the subsistence allowances for urban residents and subsistence allowances with about 7,000 yuan-10,000 yuan each person every year.Because blind artists have a hard time earning micro blogs,the main economic outlays are essential to life.While the storytelling arts groups and orchestras Sines are not as good as the Qin County blind artists,they earn more than 10,000 yuan a month,making them happier in life.Therefore,the first thing we should focus on the well-being of the intangible cultural heritage,and the real needs of the storyteller.The fourth chapter focuses on the cultural rights,pension and social activities of the storytellers.It is difficult to inherit storytelling because of the aging and fracture of the inheritance in the tradition of Storytelling.When a single storyteller is young,he can maintain his life with a storyteller.The Change of the Inheritance Mechanism Brought by Aging.In particular,the problem of life highlighted by difficult groups has greatly affected the balance between art and society in the traditional storytelling system,and the issue of old-age care has become increasingly prominent.Taihang blind artists association and Qinzhou text exchange forum held,which made Qin County blind artists and taixing blind artists social interaction frequently.Based on the case study of the national non-hereditary inheritor,Si-wen Li,describes and presents the fate of the relevant people in the movement of intangible cultural heritage from the life history of Si-wen Li and intangible cultural heritage events.
