Deep learning is a high-efficiency learning method.Through deep learning,learners can improve their ability of mastering knowledge structure,change the way of thinking,form the habit of deep thinking,eventually master the deep structure of knowledge system and achieve the final goal of reading comprehension.The paper is to analyse the present situations and to introduce some strategies of teaching reading in the view of deep learning.It is vitally meaningful to improve teachers' teaching strategies and to develop students' reading ability.The paper begins with theory analysis,introduces the present research about deep learning at home and abroad,and puts forward the author's deep learning strategies.The author carries out the research with literature research method,interviewing method,questionnaire method,experimental method,in which the study target are of two senior one classes in Haikou City,who are learning English with different reading strategies.The research finds that strategies lack of diversity,and teachers' understanding of teaching reading decides their teaching strategies and methods.In this way,their students just can only understand literal meaning of passages they read and their reading ability is low.Faced with the situation,the author introduces some effective teaching strategies based on deep learning theory.After the three months research,it draws the following findings:The reading strategy which based on deep learning theory is more efficient than traditional reading strategies.It can obviously enhance the reading comprehension ability and interest of students.It also can change the situations of surface learning and cultivate students' deep learning ability.
