Under the new situation,the sustainable development of continuing education in China’s institutions of higher learning can be described as both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,new achievements have been made in the comprehensive reform of continuing education.We have seen the new pattern of continuing education in Colleges and universities.On the other hand,we continue to educate the new trends in the development of MOOC and the development of continuing education and education.The key to breakthrough the current difficulties of continuing education is to carry out research and in-depth reflection on the cooperation of multi domain regionalization and the construction of lifelong learning and growth "cross bridge".The continuing education of higher art colleges and universities in China is also faced with the same problems.In the "post MOOC" period,how to promote the development of continuing education in Higher Art Colleges and universities,to get rid of the bottleneck of the development of continuing education in Higher Art Colleges and universities,and to make the continuing education of higher art colleges and universities continue to develop continuously,is the core issue of this study.Taking the school based study of continuing education of Shenyang Conservatory of Music as an example,this paper expounds the development status of continuing education,finds the crux of the existence of the problems,analyses the qualitative factors and risks,and puts forward scientific and reasonable solutions and ideas in order to give other colleges and universities in the process of solving the problem of continuing education and development.Some enlightenment and reference.This paper studies the social factors,learning organization,cooperative competition and life-long education theory as the basis of theoretical research.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and comparative study,this paper analyzes the current situation of continuing education in Shenyang Conservatory of Music,and points out that the teachers’ strength of continuing education is relatively weak and the mode and system of continuing education are rigid.In the enrolment,there are different degrees of reduction and low efficiency of the use of education funds,and the objective analysis of its influencing factors:the quality of the teacher team is not high,the connotation construction of continuing education is insufficient,the enrollment system of continuing education is not sound,and the lack of policy and financial support.Finally,strategies and suggestions are put forward:building high-quality teachers,improving continuing education system,improving enrollment system and measures,and continuously strengthening capital investment.The aim is to form a diversified,multi-channel and all-round effective support for the benign development of higher education in China’s institutions of higher learning,and to get rid of the predicament and highlight the important role of continuing education in national education.
