Ethical Reflection On Engineering Safety In China

With the breakthrough of engineering technology in China,engineering practice has brought rapid changes to China each passing day,which not only allows people to enjoy the joy of civilization,but also make people face the various engineering safety problems awkwardly that brought about by various levels of distress,hindering the harmonious and orderly development of society.Therefore,how to effectively prevent and control the safety of the project,and make the engineering practice get maximum benefit is the urgent problem that must be paid attention to.Engineering practice itself not only includes the physical activities on the realistic level,but also contains the moral and ethical requirements of the spiritual level,so it is necessary to carry out the ethical reflection on the current project safety issues in China.In brief,engineering safety refers to the uncertainty about the future events can do well the prevention and treatment,making loss caused by the project risk to the project activity is in a state of tolerance.Engineering safety,can be divided into production safety,public safety and environmental safety and so on.No matter what type of "security" is,it shows the complexity of the causes,the long-term performance of the objective,the relevance of internal factors and so on.On ethical issues of our current country engineering safety mainly include engineering safety risk prevention and limited control of the ethical constraints;the basic ethical principles of engineering safety are ignored;lake of safety engineering subject to ethical responsibility.From the perspective of ethical reflection,basic ethical values conflict,conflicts of interests and conflicts of moral responsibility among engineering safety subjects,as well as the application of professional ethics under the premise of the tension of the project safety main body consciousness is not enough,the institutional ethical environment and the weakening of corporate ethical environment are the underlying causes of the performance.The ethical problems of engineering safety in China is based on the theory of excellent engineering ethics and the premise of constructing a perfect system of engineering ethics in China,from the ethics to the project,from the project to the ethics of "mutual care" thinking.First of all,we should promote the main ethical consciousness of engineering safety,implementing the education of responsibility ethics,technical ethics,ecological ethics and interest ethics education;secondly,it is necessary to take into consideration the ethical environment of the project safety,the construction of the enterprise ethics environment and the establishment of the ethical function of the social organization in the field of engineering;finally,we need to improve the accountability system,broaden the channels of public opinion,improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the sense of social responsibility,scientific prevention and control of security issues.Obviously,the engineering safety problem of our country is not a simple theoretical problem,which should be given more practical attention,multi-party coordination,in order to achieve the purpose of both the symptoms.
