In this study,cluster sampling was used to select 400 employees from 25 different cities including Harbin,Beijing,Shandong,Daqing,Guangdong,and Zhejiang as the research objects.The workplace mentality questionnaire,organizational commitment questionnaire,moral identity questionnaire,and pro Organize non-ethical behavior questionnaires to survey employees.A comprehensive analysis was performed using statistical methods,and the findings are as follows:(1)The employee's workplace mental strength,organizational commitment,moral identity,and all dimensions are at a medium level or above,and pro-organizational non-ethical behaviors are at a medium level.There are significant differences in employee mentality,organizational commitment,moral identity,and pro-organizational non-ethical behavior on different demographic variables.There are significant differences in organizational nature and positions in workplace mentality and organizational commitment.And pro-organizational non-ethical behaviors have significant differences in age,workplace mental strength has significant differences in educational level,and moral identity has significant differences in specialty.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between employee workplace mental strength,organizational commitment,moral identity,and pro-organizational non-ethical behavior.Employee mentality in the workplace is predicting pro-organizational unethical behavior.Organizational commitment plays a mediating role between workplace mentality and pro-organizational non-ethical behavior,that is,workplace mentality can influence pro-organizational non-ethical behavior through organizational commitment.(3)Moral identification plays a moderating role between organizational commitment and pro-organizational non-ethical behavior.That is,when the level of moral identification is low,organizational commitment can positively predict pro-organizational non-ethical behavior.The predictive effect of pro-organizational non-ethical behavior was not significant. |
