A Study On The Relationship Between Parental Rearing Styles,Self-esteem And Friendship Quality Of Young People In TU Nationality Area

Research on adolescent mental health has always been a hot area.Among them,the quality of friendship can promote the formation and development of adolescent healthy personality,affecting their social adaptability.As parents,the most important leader in the growth of young people,whether they can build a warm home environment is of great significance to the healthy growth of young people.Self-esteem as an individual's complete cognition and evaluation of self,to some extent also reflects whether the young people have a healthy personality and a good attitude.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the healthy growth of young people by exploring the possible relationships among the three.In this study,496 junior high school students and senior high school students from the Tu ethnic area of Qinghai,Qinghai Province were used.The structural equation model was used to illustrate the mediating effects of the self-esteem of the adolescents in the Tu ethnic area on the effect of family education on friendship quality.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The four dimensions of juvenile fathers' education in the Tu ethnic area are significantly higher than female students in terms of severe punishment,excessive interference,preference for the test,and overprotection.The two dimensions of over-intervention over-protection and preference in maternal parenting styles were significantly higher in boys than in girls.2.In the three aspects of the trust and support of self-esteem and friendship quality,intimate disclosure and communication,and affirmation of value,the scores of boys and girls in the Tu ethnic area are significantly lower than girls.3.Affective warm understanding in the family education style of the adolescents in the Tu ethnic area is positively correlated with self-esteem.The refusal and denial in the father's parenting style,excessive intervention in the mother's rearing style,excessive protection,refusal to deny,severe punishment,and self-esteem are significantly negatively correlated.Emotional warm understanding in parenting styles has a positive predictive effect on adolescents' self-esteem.The denial of refusal in the mother's parenting style has a negative predictive effect on adolescents' self-esteem.4.Affective warm understanding in the family education style of adolescents in the Tu ethnic area is significantly positively correlated with the quality of friendship;among them,severe punishment,excessive interference,and refusal to deny friendship quality are significantly negatively correlated with the quality of friendship.The emotional warm understanding in parenting and parenting has a positive predictive effect on the quality of friendship among teenagers,and severe punishment has a negative predictive effect on the quality of friendship among teenagers.5.There is a significant positive correlation between trust and support,positive value,companionship and entertainment,and dimensions of conflict and betrayal in the self-esteem and friendship quality of the young people in the Tu ethnic area.Adolescent self-esteem has a positive predictive effect on friendship quality.6.Adolescents' self-esteem in the Tu ethnic area plays an intermediary role in understanding the emotional warmth of mothers in understanding the impact of parenting on friendship quality and mothers' refusal to deny the influence of parenting patterns on the quality of friendship,and family education can directly affect the quality of friendship or friendship through self-esteem.Quality has an impact.
