"Chorus is an important form that no education work can replace it",In many developed countries and regions,the chorus of the school is regarded as an important teaching work to cultivate students’ noble sentiment and team spirit.however,In the process of chorus rehearsal,the chorus members will inevitably have low spirits and low efficiency,so,It is very important to instruct how to motivate the rehearsal motivation of the chorus members through teaching strategies.After reading the existing reference,I find that there is almost no research object to study the influence of teaching strategies on the rehearsal motivation.The whole article would research the Significance of teaching strategies to chorus members’ rehearsal Motivation in the aspects of environment","feedback","song","challenges",and"others".Explore whether there is a difference in the rehearsal motivation of different gender,grade and professional.At the same time,It will propose solutions to the influence of these differences on chorus rehearsal.Based on the research contents and purposes,I use qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze In combination with the existing literature of foreign and domestic.The data are mainly from questionnaire survey.objects are the normal university students and postgraduates which mainly from Hubei Province,Central and Southern Henan Province,including piano,vocal music,instrumental music,command,composition and theory majors.A total of 288 questionnaires were collected,including 246 effective questionnaires,and made the difference analysis of the date though SPSS software.The research is divided into six parts:introduction,literature review,research methods,research results,research conclusion,research restriction and expectation.Introduction part includes background,significance,purpose and problems.Literature review is about the definition,theoretical basis and related researches at home and abroad.Research methods include objects,measure tools and the whole process and results.Research results is the statistics and analysis of the sample data.Research conclusions conduct further summary and analysis among the data,it attributed and explained the influence of three variables of gender,grade and major on the motivation of rehearsal in Normal University chorus members.Expectation and problems are my consideration and summary.
