Study Of Hubei Province's Counter-insurgency Mobilization And Establishment Of ROC Commission

After the outbreak of the second civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,the political,economic and military situation of the Nanjing Nationalist Government gradually deteriorated,and it faced a major crisis of governance.The KMT and the Nanjing Nationalist Government have widely set up Counter-insurgency mobilization and Establishment of ROC Commission all over the country,in order to save the government from the situation and better mobilize manpower,material resources,and financial resources.In this paper,the Counter-insurgency mobilization and Establishment of ROC Commission of Hubei Province is taken as the object of study.Through the discussion of it's establishment,reorganization,major activities,and the process of being revoked,the mobilization of the KMT and Nanjing Nationalist Government in Hubei Province in the late 1940s was roughly outlined.However,due to unclear planning and inadequate empowerment,it not only established lately and functioned shortly,but also faced large financial pressure and negative public opinion problems,so mobilization activities seemed more formalistic.
