China's economic development and the rhythm of people's lives are accelerated,but at the same time,the empty inner world,the twist future and turns also appeared.In this era of "emotionally charged",the tragedies caused by psychological problems emerged one after another.The meaning of life?the value of life and the realization of the goals have become the focus of attention.Undergraduates are in transitional period from campus to society.As the significant talents of the country,and the important part of society,college students' mental health is a "barometer" to our social psychology.Therefore,we should pay more attention to this problem.In this context,this study is based on positive psychology,exploring the mental health of college students.Analyzing the influencing factors and counseling groups to provide theoretical advice and intervention for college students' mental health.This study investigated 448 undergraduates.Using the General Self-Efficacy Scale?Perceived Social Support Scale and Mental Health Concise Scale.To measure students' general self-efficacy,perceived social support and mental health.Then using the Quasi-experimental design,screen out 52 students join the group counseling.The control group developed under natural conditions and the experimental groups conducted group intervention.Finally,all the members were tested before and after the test.And follow-up measurement to explore the group counseling on the psychological health effects of college students.Finally get the following conclusion:1.Students' general self-efficacy,perceived social support and mental health are good;at the same time,they have different degrees of demographic variables such as gender,subjects,grades,etc.2.There is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and general self-efficacy;and a significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy and mental health.3.The general self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between perceived social support and mental health.4.The group counseling has an immediately effect and long-effect to improve college students' perceived social support and general self-efficacy.5.The group counseling has an immediately effect and long-effect to improve college students' mentalhealth.
