We should be modesty in the association with other people,because modesty can overcome pride and create good interpersonal relationships,because people respect those who are modest and never respest those who admire vanity and boast.Similarly,if leaders and employees are able to remain humble at all times in the enterprise,the relationship among employees will grow better and better,the subjective well-being of employees will also increase.Therefore,in today's society,it is worth exploring how the relationship among employees plays a role between the humility and subjective well-being of employees.If enterprise leaders can be modest,it means that the leaders have the personality characteristics of leaders who practicing spiritual leadership.According to the connotation of spiritual leadership,spiritual leadership contributes to the formation and maintenance of good employee relations and contributes to the improvement of subjective well-being.Therefore,it is also worth exploring how spiritual leadership plays a role between the humility and subjective well-being of employees.By sorting out the documents,we find that there are few studies on the humility of employees in the enterprise.In china,most of the researches on modesty are about the humility of college students.Therefore,this study uses the humility of employees as an argument,exploring the action mechanism between the humility and subjective well-being of employees.This research through the way of random sampling to dole out 273 sets of questionnaires to enterprises in Zhengzhou?Xinxiang?Luoyang and other cities in Henan Province and recycle 214 sets of effective questionnaires.This study will apply exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods to probe into the relationship among the humility of employees,the relationship among employees,the subjective well-being of employees and spiritual leadership.The research results of this study are as follows:(1)There are all significant positive correlation among the humility of employees,the relationship among employees and the subjective well-being of employees.The humility of employees can significantly positively predict the subjective well-being of employees;The humility of employees can significantly positively predict the relationship among employees;The relationship among employees cansignificantly positively predict the subjective well-being of employees.The relationship among employees is as a mediator on the relation between the humility of employees and the subjective well-being of employees.That is to say,among the humility of employees,the relationship among employees and the subjective well-being of employees we can form a partial mediation model.(2)The mediating effect of the relationship among employees between the humility of employees and the subjective well-being of employees is moderated by spiritual leadership.The impact of the humility of employees on the relationship among employees is moderated by spiritual leadership;The impact of the humility of employees on the subjective well-being is not moderated by spiritual leadership;The impact of the relationship among employees on the subjective well-being of employees is not moderated by spiritual leadership.The humility of employees,the relationship among employees,the subjective well-being of employees and spiritual leadership can constitute a moderated mediation model.
