| At present,the new generation of employees represented by the post-90 s generation has become the main force in China’s labor market.The Ministry of Education estimates that the number of college graduates in 2022 will reach 10.76 million,a year-on-year increase of 1.67 million and another record high.Under the social background that a large number of post-90 s enter the workplace,how to manage the new generation of employees has gradually become the focus of enterprise management,and the continuous emergence of intergenerational conflicts also put forward new challenges to enterprise management.At the same time,the competition among modern enterprises is more and more fierce,and the development of enterprises driven by innovation has become an important connotation of enterprise survival,and the innovation of employees is the cornerstone of enterprise innovation.To improve the innovation ability of enterprises,it is necessary to effectively promote the innovation behavior of employees.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate employees’ innovative behavior has become an important topic in the field of human resource management.In an enterprise,as the producers and performers of innovation activities,employees’ behaviors are often affected by different leadership styles,which means that leadership styles are directly related to employees’ innovative behaviors.Among various leadership styles,ethical leadership plays an important role in employees’ innovative behaviors due to its own ethical example behavior and harmonious team atmosphere.Therefore,this paper starts with the leadership style,adopts the literature reading method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to study,takes psychological empowerment and work values as the mediating and moderating variables respectively,and studies the influence mechanism of ethical leadership on the innovative behavior of the new generation of employees.Through questionnaire survey of leaders and employees,statistical software such as SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire,and the results were finally obtained as follows:(1)The differences of demographic variables were as follows: there were significant differences in educational background,unit nature and post nature of ethical leaders;Psychological empowerment has significant differences in educational background,marital status,unit nature,post nature and income.There are significant differences in employee innovation behavior in education,working years and post nature.There are significant differences in work values in education,marital status and job nature.(2)Ethical leadership positively predicts innovative behavior of new generation employees.(3)Ethical leadership positively predicts psychological empowerment.(4)Psychological empowerment positively predicts innovative behavior of new generation employees.(5)Psychological empowerment has an intermediary effect between ethical leadership and innovative behavior of new generation employees.(6)There is a moderating effect between psychological empowerment and innovative behavior of new generation employees.To a certain extent,this paper has enriched the research on the influence mechanism of ethical leadership on the innovative behavior of the new generation of employees.Finally,based on the results of the empirical research,it draws a conclusion and puts forward some targeted management suggestions. |
