College students part time jobs is a kind of activity that college students use spare time to provide some mental or physical expenditure in order to obtain a certain reward.College students part-time jobs is its own internal needs and external environment interaction results.College students part-time jobs motivation is mainly two aspects of economic factors and practical factors,so more and more college students joined the part-time group,the part-time jobs of college students has become a normal phenomenon.Part timejobs can alleviate some college students' economic issue,they also provide an effective approach for part-time college students to accumulate work experience,social experience and promote the interpersonal communication.But the negative impact of part-time jobs is becoming more and more obvious,scholars pay attention to this phenomenon,and propose the concept of work-school conflict.There are many factors affect the work-school conflict,scholars on the basis of empirical research results found that the job characteristics have an important impact to the work-school conflict,And in terms of results they mainly focus on the work-school conflict to the impact of school performance job performance,satisfaction and other factors,and the impact of work-school conflict on individuals is less concerned,and the domestic research on work-school conflict is very limited.Therefore,this research is based on the domestic and foreign research on the work-school conflict,from the perspective of work characteristics,to explore the work-school conflict how to affect the mental health of working student,and add the supervisor support as the morderating factors,to explore the relationship bwteen work-school conflict and mental health.This study used questionnaire survey measured the job requirements,work school conflict,supervisor support and mental health,and tried to examine the mechanism of work-school conflict,by investigating HENAN province 300 working student as the research sample,the data statistically analyzed were using SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 data analysis software,using the exploratory factors,confirmatory factor analysis,regression analysis,Bootstrap and other statistics methods,our finding were showed as follows:(1)Job demands have a significant positive correlation with work-school conflict(r =0.906,p<0.01)and mental health(r =0.844,p<0.01).And work-school conflict partly mediated the positive relationship between job demands and mental health(?=.642,p<0.001).(2)Supervisor support moderated the relationship between work-school conflict and mental health(?=-0.160,p<.001).(3)Job demands,work-school conflict,supervisor support and mental health constituted a moderated mediation between the four variables.While the low level of supervisor support,work demands through the work-school conflicts on the mental health were greater and vice versa.This paper introduces the work-school conflict as a mediation variables to discuss the influence of job demands and mental health,and add the supervisor support as a moderator variables into the model to explore the role of work-school conflict.And according to the results of the study,make some suggestions from the personal,organizational and school aspects,in order to promote the development of college students part-time jobs.The research results in this paper have laid a foundation for further research on work-school relationships in the domestic context,and also provide some inspiration for the management of part-time jobs and related business management.
