In 1974,the third International Mental Health clearly proposed that "Well-being" is one of the important marks of mental health.With the improvement of our country's comprehensive national strength,the Party and the country pay more attention to the quality of life and subjective feelings of the people.Subjective well-being has an important impact on the real existence and development of individuals.The study found that the low level of subjective well-being can lead to an increase in college students' suicide.The factors influencing subjective well-being are internal and external.External factors include social support,coping style,cultural differences,marriage quality and so on,while internal factors include personality traits,stress level,self-esteem,values and so on.Perfectionism in personality traits is one of the important factors affecting subjective well-being.In the influence of perfectionism on subjective well-being rejection sensitivity and self-worth play a key role.This study takes college students as the research object to explore the relationship between perfectionism and subjective well-being and to explore its mechanism of action between perfectionism and subjective well-being from two aspects: rejection sensitivity and self-worth.This study used a multi-dimensional perfectionism questionnaire(including fear of error,organization,parental expectations,personal standards and behavior doubts),life satisfaction questionnaire,positive and negative emotion scale.Self-worth questionnaire(divided into three dimensions: total self-worth,general self-worth and special self-worth)and rejection sensitivity questionnaire,920 college students were tested.The results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in subjective well-being of single child and different gender and major in college students.The subjective well-being of the onlychild is significantly higher than that of the non-only child;the subjective well-being of the female students is significantly higher than that of the male;the subjective well-being of the science major is significantly higher than that of the liberal arts major.(2)Perfectionism,rejection sensitivity,self-worth are significantly correlated with subjective well-being.Negative perfectionism have negative correlation with sensitivity of rejection,sense of self-worth,subjective well-being,positive perfectionism and sense of self-worth,subjective well-being have negative correlation with sensitivity of rejection.Rejection sensitivity was negatively correlated with self-worth and subjective well-being.(3)Rejection sensitivity plays an mediated role in the relationship between perfectionism and subjective well-being.That is to say,perfectionism affects the level of subjective well-being through rejection sensitivity.(4)Self-worth plays an mediated role in the relationship between perfectionism and subjective well-being.That is to say,perfectionism affects the level of subjective well-being through self-worth.(5)Perfectionism influences the level of subjective well-being through the chain-mediated role of rejection sensitivity and self-worth.That is to say,perfectionism affects the level of subjective well-being by influencing the sensitivity of rejection and then the sense of self-worth.
