Study On The Competitiveness Of The Cultural Industry In The Nine Provinces And Two Cities Along The Yangtze River Economic Belt

With the acceleration of the process of economic innovation and development of our country under the new situation and the increase of people's demand for spiritual and cultural products,the status of cultural industry is becoming more and more important in our national economy.The cultural industry,which has less pollution,is conducive to environmental protection and can meet the spiritual and cultural needs of people,has gradually become an indispensable link in the economic and social development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in China.Since the entry of the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,with the enhancement of the concept of cultural innovation and the continuous implementation of major national development strategies such as the construction of "The Belt and Road" and the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt,the development of China's cultural industry has ushered in a new inflection point,which will present a lot of new developments,such as banding development,regional linkage development and so on.Under the background of the cultural industry belt development and the accelerated construction of the Yangtze River economic belt,it is one of the important choices in the regional cultural industry construction of our country to create a "Yangtze River cultural industrial belt" that crosses the east and west and radiates the north and south of the Yangtze River.Therefore,this paper selects nine provinces and two cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,based on the related concepts and theories of cultural industry,cultural industry competitiveness,industrial competitiveness theory,industrial convergence theory and regional cooperation theory,qualitatively analyzes the present situation,advantages,problems and challenges of the development of cultural industries in nine provinces and two cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,quantitatively studies the competitiveness of cultural industry in nine provinces and two cities along the Yangtze River economic belt for three consecutive years by means of factor analysis.According to the data processing results and the comprehensive score ranking of nine provinces and two cities along the Yangtze River economic belt for three consecutive years,the relevant research conclusions are obtained.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the conclusions of the research,this paper constructs a model of promoting the competitiveness of cultural industries,which includes "one belt","three zones","four poles" and "multiple points".And put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as promoting the the integration of the cultural industry development,strengthening the construction of professional personnel,building the three big East Middle West Development Zone,building the core city growth pole and the characteristic city development point,to promote the development of the cultural industry in the nine provinces and two cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
