Study On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Urban Cultural Tourism Creative Industry In Pan-Yangtze River Delta

The cultural tourism creative industry is a new and sunrise industry which combines tourism and cultural creative industries.It is the key to China's transition from a big tourist country to a strong tourist country.The Pan-Yangtze River Delta(the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration)has the advantages of strong economic foundation,rich cultural tourism resources,sufficient funds,and talents for scientific and technological innovation,it provides a platform for the development of cultural tourism creative industries.However,not all cities are suitable for the development of cultural tourism creative industries.They cannot be blindly developed because of their large development potential.The development of cultural tourism and creative industries requires certain conditions: the results of economic foundation,tourism resources,creative industry development,policies and other factors.Each city should develop its economy according to local conditions.It should promote industrial transformation in areas suitable for developing cultural tourism and creative industries,and promote the improvement of the overall economic strength of the region.It is necessary to develop industries with special characteristics in regions that are not suitable for development,and maximize the benefits of regional development.In this paper,factor analysis,cluster analysis and time-space dynamic analysis of the data of 2012---2016 in 27 cities of Pan-Yangtze River Delta,study the competitiveness level of cultural tourism creative industries in each city,and finally propose targeted urban development.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Five-year cultural tourism creative industry development of 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta: Shanghai has the highest comprehensive score and is a mature leading city;followed by Hangzhou,Nanjing and Suzhou,becoming a strategic core city;Wuxi and Ningbo catch up and belong to the dominant development type;the four cities of Hefei,Changzhou,Nantong and Shaoxing are relatively dominant and have good development potential;starting from Taizhou,Jiaxing,Jinhua,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou,their comprehensive scores are less than zero,which are ready for savings to begin;the last difference-improving cities include six cities,such as Xuancheng,Huangshan and Wuhu,their economic base are poor,and the economy should be developed according to local conditions.(2)In terms of spatial and temporal differences in the competitiveness of creative industries in urban cultural tourism,there has been little change in the size of the comprehensive score of cultural tourism creative industries in various cities since the 2012.Among them,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Shaoxing and Taizhou are on the rise year by year,while Zhenjiang,Changzhou and the cities with difference-improving are declining year by year,with large fluctuations.
