Research On The Integrated Development Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

At present,China is in a critical period of transforming development mode,optimizing economic structure,and transforming growth momentum.As a sunrise industry in the 21 st century,cultural industry and tourism industry provide new growth points for China’s economic development.In 2018,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism completed the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,and put forward the working ideas of promoting tourism with culture,and opening up a new situation of integrated development of my country’s cultural tourism industry through the reform of the system and mechanism.The cultural and tourism industries cover a wide range,the two industries have rich connotations and blurred boundaries.How to find the correct integration development path in practice is a brand new proposition given to us by the new era.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major strategic development area in my country.It straddles the three major economic zones in the east,middle and west of my country.It has a profound cultural heritage,rich tourism resources,and unique development potential for the cultural and tourism industry.Promoting the interactive and integrated development of the culture and tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is of far-reaching significance for regional economic transformation and high-quality development.This paper takes 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research area,based on the theory of industrial integration in industrial economics,by constructing the evaluation index system of cultural and tourism industry development level,using the coupling coordination degree model and the grey relational analysis method to analyze the integration development level and driving factors of the culture and tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2018 were measured and analyzed,and targeted suggestions were put forward on the problems that appeared in the process of industrial integration development.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the development level of cultural industry and tourism industry,the development level of cultural industry and tourism industry in various provinces and cities has been continuously improved during the study period,and the development level scores of the two industries have shown a continuous upward trend;from a spatial perspective,the two The level of industrial development has obvious spatial differences,roughly showing a trend of decreasing from the downstream to the middle and upper reaches,and from the east to the middle and west.(2)From the perspective of the integration and development of the cultural and tourism industry,the overall coupling and coordination of the two industries has continued to rise,and the level of coupling and coordination has changed from a mild disorder to a barely coordinated,indicating that the Yangtze River’s economic,cultural and tourism industry’s ability to coordinate development has been continuously strengthened.The level of cultural and tourism integration continues to improve;from a spatial perspective,the level of coupled and coordinated development of the cultural and tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt roughly presents a spatial distribution pattern of high in the downstream regions and low in the middle and upper reaches of the region;from the perspective of synchronous development,the Yangtze River Economic Belt The phenomenon of cultural industry lagging is more prominent.(3)The analysis of the driving factors of the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry shows that the four driving factors of consumer demand,technological innovation,human capital and policy environment all play a positive role in promoting the integration of the cultural and tourism industry.Consumer demand and human capital factors have the greatest impact on the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry.The impact of policy environmental factors is average,and the driving role of technological innovation factors is relatively weak,and it has failed to play its due supporting role.(4)In response to the problems in the integration and development of the culture and tourism industry of the Yangtze River Economic Belt: low overall integration level,unbalanced industrial development,unbalanced regional development,insufficient technical support and driving force,etc.,from innovative ideas,government assistance,The five levels of scientific and technological support,talent drive and regional coordination provide countermeasures and suggestions for the further integration and development of culture and tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
