The Philosophy Of Network Normative Philosophy In The Perspective Of Moral Luck

Looking at the development of moral luck,from the negation of traditional morals to the affirmation of modern morality,the research on moral luck theory has been twisted forward.Traditional morality believes that luck as a nonnecessity factor should not be involved in the analysis of its role in the process of moral practice.The nature of more moral practice and the development process should be immune to luck.As many moral philosophers continue to study moral luck,the influence of luck on morality has also gradually emerged.Based on Williams and Nagel's face-up and interpretation of moral luck,the thesis discovered and excavated the influence of moral luck in moral practice.The two philosophers not only interpreted and classified moral luck,but also built a close link between moral luck and moral behavior,and they discussed in detail the impact of moral luck participation in moral behaviors from the aspects of moral practice process,moral practice results and moral practice evaluation.As a guideline for the ethical practice of the virtual society,network norms play a crucial role in the healthy development of the virtual network society.A series of philosophers such as Aristotle,Kant,Williams,and Nagel all made a luck statement on luck in accordance with the theoretical pattern of the time.Based on inductive and deductive situations,the thesis connected different philosophers' concept of luck with modern network norms and drew on the ideas of reasonableness and effectiveness in traditional moral concepts.Through the dislocation analysis of “Old Times” and “New Situations”,the thesis obtained the concrete expressions of network norms under the horizon of different luck views,and optimized the theory of luck.Through the specific analysis of the traditional moral luck concept combined with the network specification,we obtained the direction and implementation path of the network specification formulation in the future space-time.The philosophy of science and technology for the “good” of science and technology and human relations has always been the ultimate goal of its pursuit.The objectivity and complexity of moral luck also have a great impact on the virtual society.In order to circumvent the subversion of network norms by moral luck,and to realize the continuation and innovation of network norms,the establishment of necessary normative order and the virtue of advocating good will are the necessary preparations for realizing the symbiosis and win-win of network norms and moral luck.
