The network learning space is a combination of high quality resources and abundant functions.After the construction is completed,it is difficult to play its proper role in the teaching practice.There are many factors affecting the effect of network learning space application,and the lack of contact with the actual subject is one of the important reasons.Taking the English subject as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship between the function of network learning space and English information teaching,and puts forward the application strategy to promote the application of network learning space in teaching,giving full play to its due value.From the perspective of information technology teaching,this study analyzes the demand for technology application in English teaching,and discusses the types of technology applied in the five basic lesson types of English teaching.The five basic lesson types of English teaching are listening,oral,reading,writing and grammar.The five corresponding technologies are resource acquisition,work demonstration,experience communication,teacher and student connectivity and tool support.The main functions of network learning space cover five aspects:resources,works,communication,connectivity and tools.It can meet the needs of five kinds of English class technology applications,and can become an ideal online learning platform for English information teaching.Based on the analysis of English subject teaching information technology needs and types,researchers referred to the blended learning theory,as the guidance of the integration of the virtual classroom and the real classroom,follow the principle of objective,participation,system and development,putting forward the students'personal network learning space application strategies in English teaching.According to the application strategy of five courses of English teaching,respectively,listening strategies based on resource acquisition,oral strategy based on the works showing,reading strategies based on the exchanging of experience,writing teaching strategies based on the connectivity of teachers and students and grammar strategy based on tool supporting.The strategy of listening class is to achieving the extension of the listening time,the extension of the type and the richness of the resources by the application of the network learning space.The strategy of oral class is mainly based on two dimensions of oral activities:time and form,and arouse students' interest in oral practice through activities,and encourage students to upload their oral works.The strategies of reading class are mainly concerned with improving the quantity and quality of extracurricular reading,and improving the quantity and quality of reading through formulating reading plans and sharing reading gains.The strategy of writing class starts with the expansion of the writing content and the improvement of the writing evaluation,encouraging the students to write more.The strategy of grammar is to guiding the students to take the tools and resources in the learning space as the support to carry out autonomous learning.Researchers had carried out the corresponding learning activities on the platform of provincial educational resources public service.The results showed that the application of personal online learning space can improve students' interest and confidence in learning English,improve students' English learning methods and widen their ways of autonomous learning.Finally,researchers summarizes the achievements of this study and rethinks the problems,and points out the direction of the next research.
