"The Grass Grown in Desert Weekly" in the intellectual pedigree of literary history is an early Beijing publication, and the soul is Zhou Zuoren, and the academic research is also carried out under this premise.Through our historical investigation,it is found that there is a literary youth group called "the Sunken Bell Society" joined this small publication. In the case of "the Grass Grown in Desert Weekly",it is not only a contributor, but also can be said that they have used "the Grass Grown in Desert Weekly" as their own publication.Feng Zhi and Fei Min were responsible for the editor, publication of the weekly magazine. The funds for the publication of the magazine were from Yang Hui,Feng Zhi,Chen Xianghe,Zhou Zuoren and other students of Zhou Zuoren. Its editorial address is still Yang’s address. From all the indications, the Sunken Bell Society was very close to the Zhou Zuoren, the Ku Yuzhai and the Grass Grown in desert weekly. But when people refer to Zhou Zuoren, the Ku Yuzhai and the Grass Grown in Desert Weekly, they do not associate it with the Sunken Bell Society. This paper is based on "the Grass Grown in Desert Weekly",to discuss the tradition of the literary youth seeking a tutor, and this tradition is also used as a historical clue to investigate the relationship between“the Sunken Bell Society" and"the Grass Grown in Desert Weekly" and their participation, efforts and failure. The Sunken Bell Society and the Ku Yuzhai are different literary groups.Their cooperation includes the search for the tutors by literary and artistic youth, the similarity of literary ideal, and the objective conditions of the geographical position. The study of literary history should not only examine the historical facts that have already happened, but also inquire into the causes that have produced the conditions, but have not produced the corresponding results. The Sunken Bell Society has always been closely contacts with Lu Xun,and Lu Xun also spoke highly of the youth. But later Lu Xun devoted himself to the revolution literature, the literary youth did not follow him, they went to Zhou Zuoren, and organized the weekly with the Ku Yuzhai. This article is aimed at this historical fact, further ponder the reason. In addition, this article explore the Sunken Bell Society’s writing characteristics in diffident periods,to discuss the influence of young teachers on artistic youth from thought to creation.Zhou zuoren’s liberal thought, the prose style, the gentle breeze and the rich academic support constitute a great charm together, which will have an irreplaceable influence on the writing of the literary youth. In the end,it comes to the conclusion that it is a failed attempt. These two groups were both pure and independent in their pursuit of literature, but they are very different in nature. The Ku Yuhai is an academic and liberal group.Chinese traditional culture education has poured its profound classical culture quality, with a strong sense of scholar-style in the bones,on behalf of the elite culture While theSunken Bell Society was founded by culture-loving literary youth. They regard it as their career. They did not have the heavy cultural accumulation and life experience because of the age and the vision.Life seems too thin.Especially in the early stage, their writing was mainly centered on the depression of life and the loss of love.Although there were some breakthroughs in the later stage,it was still difficult to get out of this pattern. The Ku Yuzhai and the Sunken Bell Society are highly different, and the scenery outside the window is also different,so it is difficult to live in the neighborhood for a long time. And because of the disparity in the literary world, even if the youth word hard, their efforts have been forgotten.Their names were also submerged in the waves of history.
