Discuss On The Application Of Computer Music Software To The Teaching Of Basic Music Theory

Music theory is the theory of music,including simple basic theory and advanced harmony,polyphony and so on,The music theory in our daily study usually refers to the simple basic theory of music theory,that is,the basic music theory.It is the necessary music theory knowledge to study all related music subjects,and has principal significance to the study of vocality and instrumental music,as well as the subjects of composing and directing.Therefore,it is of great importance to learn music theory well.However,most music schools still adopt traditional teaching methods in their music theory courses.The lack of effective motivation to learn music theory will result in students memorizing music theory knowledge in order to cope with the relevant examination,and it will not be used in the music skill course well.My thesis,the Application of computer music software to the teaching of basic music theory,is mainly through the study and research of computer music software and related music theory knowledge,the use of computer music software assisted teaching method to solve the traditional music theory teaching method of low enthusiasm.This paper takes Sibelius7.5 software,Cooledit audio software,Cubase5 software as examples to explain the application of computer music software in the basic music theory teaching,Let us more in-depth understanding of the advantages of computer music software in music theory teaching and so on.Through practical application research,we find that the computer music software can not only provide teaching aids directly and flexibly,but also make the music scores in textbooks become audio,so that the classroom will not be boring.The result is that the computer music software can be used in the teaching of basic music theory,which can also create a relaxed learning atmosphere for students,improve their enthusiasm for learning music theory knowledge,and then improve learning efficiency.This kind of teaching method not only promotes the reform of music teaching in China,but also improves the professional quality of music teachers,and also helps to improve the quality of music education gradually by realizing the transformation of music education from tradition to modern teaching.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which states the reason of this paper,the purpose and significance of the research,literature review,research content and methods.The second part introduces the basic outline of computer music software.This part will introduce the related concepts of computer music,as well as the classification,functions and features of computer music software,as well as the advantages of the application of music theory teaching.The third part expounds the theory support of computer music software in music theory teaching-multiple intelligence theory and constructivism theory,as well as the new music theory teaching method supported by the theory.The fourth part is the core of this paper,which mainly takes Sibelius 7.5、Cool Edit Pro2.1 and Cubase5 as examples to discuss the way and process of computer music software assisted music theory teaching,so as to improve the enthusiasm of students to learn music theory.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some problems in the application of computer music software in music theory teaching so as to provide reference for the following related research.The sixth part is the epilogue.This part summarizes the main points of the thesis,summarizes the innovation of the research in music theory teaching and the shortcomings in the research process.Finally,it puts forward the research trend of music theory teaching in the future.
