Identity is the perception and performance of human's self-exist and self-awareness.Identity is combined from the experiential accumulation which is from the initiative chosen and passive influence.After the experiential accumulation rises to thinking,identity is a kind of cognitive or behavioral performance.Memory is significant to the human experience retain when identity forms and does its work.The definition of oral history is the interactive of interviewer,interviewee and media in the memory chosen and narrative.The identity which created by human when they are interviewed is the key of memory choice and narrative.Studying the identity in oral history is beneficial to oral history practice and Information mining,and comprehension of the value of historical materials.This article discusses influence which are pressure,remaking and neglect,on oral history interviewer and interviewee of community and collective identity.Then the article tries to analyze how self-identity with gender,generation and disability influence on the narrative of memory.The article also explores three level of the identity of interviewer through three cases.And the meaning of media with identity is important when interviewee choses different identity in dialogue.
