With the deepening of urbanization,commuting has become an unavoidable part of the daily life of employees.Crowded public transportation and road conditions have brought low commuter pressure to employees,and high commuter cost also leads to the lack of sense of control in the process of employee commuting.And commuting is due to the behavior of work,which affects the job satisfaction of employees,organizational citizenship behavior,turnover intention and emotional commitment.In order to explore the relationship between commuting and commuting control and work,this study explores in depth through two parts.The first part is the compilation of the commuter control questionnaire.First of all,through semi-structured interviews and open-ended questionnaires,the typical characteristics and performance of commuting control are tentatively summarized.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted,and 108 full-time employees from Wuhan and college students with commuting needs were selected for exploratory factor analysis.It was found that the sense of commuter control was a single dimension structure.Since then,306 full-time employees from 23 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government of Hubei,Hunan,Guangdong,Beijing and Shanghai have been tested to verify the single dimension model of the sense of commuter control and good reliability and validity.The second part,through the questionnaire survey,also took 306 full-time employees from 23 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government of Hubei,Hunan,Guangdong,Beijing and Shanghai as subjects,to explore the influence factors of the employees' daily commuting behavior,the lack of commuter control sense and the sense of commuter control.The results show that commuter control has a significant positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior,job satisfaction and emotional commitment,and has a significant negative correlation with turnover intention;it plays an intermediary role in the relationship between commuter costs and organizational citizenship behavior,job satisfaction,turnover intention and emotional commitment;the comfort of traffic tools and smooth road are unobstructed.There was a significant positive correlation between the degree of commuting and the sense of commuter control.Based on the results of this study,the author provides the relevant government departments and enterprises with reasonable management suggestions to help improve the staffs commuter experience,help the enterprise personnel to retain,better long-term development...
