Intangible cultural heritage is closely related to people's daily life and spiritual life.It is an important manifestation of China's multi-ethnic and multi-cultural.The 21st century is an era in which science and technology culture is increasingly prosperous.The rapid development of digital and new media technologies has brought new bright prospects for the protection,inheritance,and dissemination of intangibles.China's intangible tradition of protection has a long history,but it has started late in digital applications,and the level of economic development in various ethnic areas has been different,making the overall achievements of intangibles in digital communication and display unsatisfactory.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts an integrated scientific method,systematic analysis,design and construction of a intangible digital public satisfaction index assessment model.According to the principles and steps of the questionnaire survey,the survey questionnaire was designed to obtain relevant indicator data and analysis data.This article takes the intangible digital public satisfaction degree of Guangxi,Guizhou,Hubei and other ethnic groups as the benchmark,proceeds from the digitization of non-heritage,and conducts research in order to understand the public satisfaction index and related theoretical data.The main research work of this paper is as follows(1)Public satisfaction study on intangible heritage digital displayThrough the research methods of literature review,the research on the public level of intangible digitized services was carried out,and the contents of public satisfaction survey for intangible digital services were established,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the analysis and analysis of this article(2)Studies of intangible heritage digital public satisfaction measurement modelBased on Kano principle and ACSI model,a intangible digital public satisfaction measurement model was constructed.(3)The practice of the modelThe digital display service needs to be based on public expectations and service quality.This study has important implications for promoting the digital dissemination of intangible,enhancing the integration of culture and technology.
