We will continue to give high priority to the development of education for a country to become strong,it must first strengthen education.The strengthening of teaching staff construction together with the improvement of teachers' all-around ability has extremely great strategic significance.We will build up the ranks of teachers,with the emphasis on improving the quality of teachers in rural areas.Throughout the past few years,the central and local increasing training efforts,the training of teachers has made obvious progress,but there are some problems,such as low enthusiasm,generalization of training content,single activity mode,lack of logic of curriculum design,etc.,which neglect the characteristics of teachers ' knowledge mastery and development in practical situation.To enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training courses plays an important role in improving the quality ability of the backbone teachers and promoting the development of rural education.This paper aims to analyze the problems of the training course design of the backbone teachers in the countryside through the SECI perspective and put forward the countermeasures.This paper takes "National Training Plan" in Sichuan on the English backbone teachers of rural primary and secondary as the object of investigation,and focuses on the effective strategies of training curriculum design and related issues.This paper uses questionnaire survey,interview method,select "National Training Plan " in Sichuan on the English backbone teachers of rural primary and secondary as an example,from the training course demand survey,curriculum goal establishment,curriculum content development and the implementation of curriculum activities to the current rural backbone teacher training project research and analysis.This paper probes into the problems and causes and combines SECI Model and Knowles' view of adult learning put forward the corresponding countermeasures:(1)Taking the ability standard introspection,judging the current state and ideal value gap,taking the teacher as the main body,according to the large data technology to determine teacher recessive and explicit demand(2)Respecting the teacher's will,specific quantification of various professional ability,set up "small but fine" training goals;(3)According to the needs of trainees in different stages of professional development,the curriculum content which accords with the characteristics of adult learning is set up;(4)The Socialization of knowledge: the establishment of teachers' learning community,Realization of tacit knowledge mining and sharing,knowledge of the external: the implementation of a variety of teaching activities,interactive communication to promote implicit knowledge,the combination of knowledge: the connection of new and old knowledge,promote the formation of explicit knowledge reconstruction;The realization of knowledge: create real teaching situation,promote the mutual transformation between explicit knowledge and invisible(5)Record the stage and the summary evaluation in the training process,pay attention to the group mutual evaluation,establish the tracking evaluation instead of the traditional questionnaire and interview type evaluation.The innovation point of this paper chooses SECI from the angle of research,tries to take the SECI model as the guidance,breaks through the current education and training research mostly with the experience summary,lacks the theory support and the curriculum design model construction bottleneck.At the same time,the research content of this paper is based on the previous research results,taking the theoretical characteristics of SECI tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge transformation as the basis,starting from the training curriculum design,and proposing corresponding countermeasures,which means to solve the problems existing in teacher training,such as graduation teaching practice,situational deficiency,and the transformation of teachers' knowledge system after training.
