Tongshen co.,LTD is a company which provides cultural and artistic training programs for children,and the company is in the phase of transforming from a start-up to rapidly growing enterprise,so called development stage,therefore,it is in heavily need of high quality management talents to make the breakthrough.However,due to holding limited resources,attracting excellent talents is very challenging for small to medium company,additionally lower layer management team is incapable,and unbalancing the human resources management furtherly,from demand to quality.The effective approaches in modern corporations including all types of employment training programs,especially targeting middle-high level management teams.Hence,it should be one of the main focus for TS as well.Due to the incompetence of low-middle management teams,the training should penetrate from filed researches,interviews,open discussions between multilayer management teams and the employees,map corporation structures and to build up clear strategic projections.Findings from above researches,including methodology and content is plain and universal for various purposes and subjects,management team do not pay enough attention to this type of training programs,lack of effective communications channel and also unclear process,disconnection from enterprise strategy and mismatch of employee career development and other training problems.Combining the reality,after elaborate analysis for different types of training programs,the company should choose the model of management competence training model.Strategically commingling strategy and culture behavior event interview(BEI),questionnaire investigation,panel discussion method and 360 degree assessment method integrated operation characteristics of agile modeling,building enterprise competency model at the grassroots level in a total of three kinds of 12,including professional four: the sense of responsibility,tenacity,achievement motivation,self-confidence,and 5 management skills: training,planning,strategic thinking,resource distribution and professional abilities;3 communication skills:marketing,negotiation and customer service.This model has been applied to the whole training project,due to its flexibility and effective feedback loop.And to solve the existing training problems.further more combined with the employees characteristics,the capability of management teams have drastically improved,in the meantime injected the fresh blood to the company,and eventually promote efficiency of management of internal and external competitiveness.
