Mongolian Khan court music is a form of music played in the Khan's gold tent for Mongolian rulers enjoyment,and it is called han·woerduonai'hugejimoin Mongolian,meaning "Khan's court music",mainly used for the National ceremony,Temple etiquette,clan feast and other occasions.Mongolian Khan court music originated in the start of Yuan Dynasty,developed in the Yuan Dynasty,and vanished in the "Northern Yuan" of Lindan Khan Chahar.The period of Genghis Khan established the form of Khan's court music,which was the foundation of the development of Mongolian court music in the later period.In the early Yuan Dynasty,with the establishment of the new regime,Khan court music with Mongolian inherent style also continued,and gradually formed a more complete court ceremony and music system.During the reign of kublai Khan,he inherited the traditions of Mongolians who were less exclusive and gambling,absorbed the form of music in the southern song dynasty and Yun'nan region,and made the music of all nationalities better integrated into the court music of the yuan dynasty.From this period,the court music of Khan became "court music" in the real sense.During the period of the Northern Yuan,the Mongolian minority retreated to mobei,and there were still some khanate court bands used for palace sacrifices and feasts.Influenced by the popularity of traditional music and dance of mobei,the content of Tibet yellow literature and the popular music and dance of lamaist style,Thanate court music developed to a new music system after adjustment based on the old music system.After the collapse of Chahar in the North Yuan Dynasty,the rulers of the Qing Dynasty included Khan's court music into the part of their court music.In 2010,it was listed as one of the key projects in arukulqin County,chifeng city,Inner Mongolia autonomous region that Mongolian Khan court music would be rescued and restored,and investment would be put into the establishment of the "Mongolian Khan court band",the recruitment of relevant professional actors,the production and restoration of musical instruments,clothing,props and so on.At the same time,that the Mongolian Khan court band planned and rehearsed Khan court music,songs,music and dance Khan court music works,made them become the only domestic professional band to bring Khan court music from historical materials to the stage,so that it can be reproduced.By 2016,with the mature work after rehearsal,the Mongolian Khan court band in Arukulqin County has taken part in the Grassland Culture Festival and the exchange of experiences in the construction of spiritual civilization,and has performed in various provinces and cities in the Hong Kong and Taiwan region,Hohhot City and Chifeng City.The restoration and reconstruction of Khan's palace music has made the study of the making of music,custom and etiquette,court music,court banquets,orchestra formation,performance form,music exchange and music aesthetics in the history of music have more practical significance,which means that it is not only theoretically and in document valuable,but also can be revived in the modern stage.From the perspective of economic and cultural construction,the excavating and popularizing of Mongolian Khan's palace music also has a certain effect on local cultural construction and tourism development.
