| Work stress has become a common psychological problem for employees in the 21 st century. The process of work stress and its impact on work and individuals have always been one of the core issues of theoretical research and management practice in the field of organization.More and more theoretical and practical studies have found that stress not only brings negative effects, but also affects positive behaviors and attitudes. The influence of different pressure as a result, the mechanism is different also,at the same time, personal resources on the relationship between pressure and result variables also exist different increase or decrease,so it is necessary to explore the process of work stress. At the same time, the empirical sampling method is used to provide a new perspective for the study of dynamic pressure process under specific situation. This study based on Job Demands-Resources Theory and Resource Conservation Theory, explors the relationship between challenging stress, hindered stress, emotional exhaustion and job engagement, and the level between the individual resilience moderating effect.Using the empirical sampling method,75 junior middle school teachers were studied for 10 consecutive days(two working weeks),and 528 valid data points were collected..The results of the multi-layer linear model show that :(1)emotional exhaustion and work input are influenced by individual factors and have the characteristics of dynamic change.(2)the challenge pressure of middle school teachers in the morning has a significant positive predictive effect on the emotional exhaustion of the day;The obstructive pressure of middle school teachers in the morning has a significant positive prediction effect on the emotional exhaustion of the day.(3)the challenge type pressure of middle school teachers in the morning has a significant positive prediction effect on the work input of the day;In the morning, the negative pressure of middle school teachers is not significant for the prediction of the day’s work.(4)there was no significant adjustment between the mental resilience level in the morning and the emotional exhaustion of the day;The moderating effect of the mental resilience level in the morning was not significant.(5)the moderating effect of mental resilience level in the morning is not significant between the blocking pressure of the morning and the work input of the day;The psychological resilience level plays a significant positive role in the positive relationship between the morning challenge pressure and the day’s work input. |
