Study On Cultural And Creative Design Of Lanzhou City

The difference of history and customs among cities cause the multifarious culture.With the great development of culture industry and frequent exchanges of information across various cultures,the multiculturalism is catching more and more attention.The study of regional cultural creative design based on culture has occupied mainstream position gradually.This project is intended to show local culture of Lanzhou city in the way of cultural and creative design.Starting with Lanzhou's cultural elements,we aim to excavate its cultural symbols and inject the abstract,simple and geometric symbols into cultural and creative design to seek cultural identity from designs close to our life and show the city's indigenous culture.Based on existing researches,we try to create the local cultural and creative design,which is according with modern aesthetics and enable to show the local cultural connotation.Also we would like to turn this cultural and creative design into a special symbol in behalf of Lanzhou's unique cultural connotations and make the local culture retain with the lead of Silk Road Culture.
