A Research On The Origin Of The Word “Anjuan”

"Anjuan" is one of the important document nouns in our country.Although the origin of the word is late,it has been used since the beginning of the five generation.It has been used for thousands of years,and it has a strong continuity and important status.The meaning of the first appearance of the word "Anjuan" refers to the special files related to the judicial prison.In the Ming Dynasty,its application field expanded to refer to the "archives".In modern times,the word "Anjuan" began to be used in the management of archives,which refers to the basic units to keep the files.The modern "Anjuan" is mainly used in the two fields of archives management and law,and becomes an important professional vocabulary.In twenty-first Century,with the change of archival storage units and the development of archives information,the meaning and application of the word "Anjuan" face new challenges.It is of great academic value to understand the meaning of the word "Anjuan" in understanding the change and development trend of Chinese document nouns from ancient times to the present,and to study the history of Chinese archives.At present,the research on the word "Anjuan" is mainly focused on its modern meaning,especially in the field of archival management.Mainly around the "Anjuan" as a "file custodian unit" concept,and "volume" or "piece" as a custodian unit and other related issues,and its origin,ancient and modern research on the evolution of lexical meaning is in a blank state.For the first time,this paper starts with the formation of the word "record"(the five generation era),and through the song,yuan,Ming,Qing and the Republic of China until now,makes a comprehensive historical research on its origin,evolution of meaning and application area,and gives a more specific and clear answer.
