Research On The Origin Of The Word "Fonds"

The word"Quan Zong"in China started from the December 8^th,1955 when the State Archives Bureau issued a"About Instead of’Fente’to’Quan Zong’Notice.And the concept of"Quan Zong"in China has been introduced from the Soviet Union at the beginning of the founding,transliterated to"Fente".The Soviet Union"Fente"was originally a loanword,originated in the"Fonds"of France.The"Fonds"of France originated from the banking financial industry,which originally meant"fund,total".It was promulgated in 1841 by the French"Provinces and Regions Classified Archives Management Regulations"at the first time.The French first introduced the word"Fonds"in archives management field,then European countries followed France.It was extensively used in Europe,and opened a new era of modern bourgeois archives management.At the beginning of the founding,the Soviet Union introduced the concept of"Quan Zong"into China.At 1980s,china on the basis of European archives management constantly enriched and developed the meaning of the word"Quan Zong".This paper explores and analyzes the origin of the word"Quan Zong"and the development of lexical meanings in the perspective of linguistics,especially lexicology and summarize the characteristics of lexical development.Full text is divided into three parts:the first and second part are the parallel structure,which are the most important parts of this article,exploring the word"Fonds"in Europe and the United States and China the origin and development of semantic change.The third part sums up the characteristics and rules of the meaning of the word"Quan Zong".This paper begins from the earliest origin,exploring the word"Fonds"how originated in France,and apply in the field of archivist circle,then gradually referenced by European countries,and was introduced into China after the Soviet Union.This was a series of the process of sinicization.
