Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a nation,and teachers are the basic of education.Being the important storing resources,English student teachers play an important role in English education.Under the background of National standard for teaching quality of English Majors,Excellent teacher training program,this research takes teaching wisdom as the topic,based on the theory of Philosophy Education,Teachers' Professional Development and Micro-teaching Theory,this research addicts the qualitative research method and quantitative research method,by appreciating the English student teachers' explicit teaching wisdom of the wise class teaching language such as wise introduction language,wise questionable language,wise explanation language and wise courseware language,this essay tries to explore the implicit teaching wisdom such as teaching ability,education quality and some alternative wisdom,thus to explore the cultivating prerequisite,model and strategies of the English student teachers' teaching wisdom.Research at last comes to the conclusion that English student teachers can turn knowledge into wisdom,that is to integrate the implied teaching ideas with explicit class teaching language to drive,dig and manifest teaching wisdom,thus to develop and cultivate English student teachers' teaching wisdom.This research tries to bring light to the English student teachers' teaching wisdom by analyzing it from the micro explicit angel — — class teaching language. |
