With the development of musical education of China, people have increased the demand for musical quality education, and most colleges and social teaching groups have conducted the accordion collective course. In order to improve the quality of the course, a teacher must have wonderful performance artistry , profound knowledge , rich teaching experience and a strong sense of duty, and he should care for his students, establish a harmonious relationship with students, which are the essential conditions for the teacher to conduct collective course well. Students may be divided into groups by their performance. The teacher can combine collective course with private course, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which can guarantee the quality of collective teaching. Meanwhile, the teacher should simplify the teaching arrangement to make the best use of the teachers' time and energy at class. The teacher should arrange the teaching substances and the teaching schedule carefully and rationally, choose the teaching materials and use them scientifically. In this way, the teacher can help students to make progress gradually , to master the artistry systematically. Moreover, it can ensure that the accordion collective course will develop in a health way. The teacher should use different teaching methods to stimulate the students' interest in learning accordion , choose some familiar compositions as the teaching substance, and provide the students the maximum opportunities to show their artistic talent. It can be taken as a standard to measure the teaching result of collective course. Through the high-quality collective course, the teacher can improve the students' musical quality and foster many excellent students.
