Construction Mode Research Of Public Cultural Resources’ Database Through The Eyes Of "Internet Plus"

Since 2014,when premier Li Keqiang put the "Internet" and "finance" into a new concept in the government work report,the influence of Internet to the economic development,cultural construction,social stability and it also began to receive widespread attention in many areas,a word "Internet plus" arises at the historic moment.In the exploration of the construction of public cultural service system and the great development of cultural development,many grassroots units have discovered the significance of "Internet plus" to the construction of modern public cultural service system,and they tried to build a public cultural database through the use of modern information idea and technology.These results will provide important experience and key clues for the research on the construction mode of public cultural resources database from the perspective of "Internet plus".Under this background,this paper studies the construction mode of public cultural resources database from the perspective of "Internet plus".First,create the database development evolution,the concept of the public cultural resources database,explore the positive significance of the construction of the public cultural service system in the face of the people,the equilibrium,the cooperation,and the technology supporting.Secondly,in view of that problem,the positive significance of "Internet+"thinking to the construction of public cultural service system is pointed out in the development of "Internet+" to the construction of public cultural service system.Thirdly,it is pointed out that the public cultural resource database has national policy support at present,which can realize the technology integration of information new era and the concrete construction status of functional integration,and analyzes seven public cultural resource database cases in Beijing,Weifang,Zhejiang,Chongqing,Sichuan and Shanghai,divided the cases into the three types on functions,find out the features of them.Finally,the purpose and principle of the construction mode,construction content,management system and operation mechanism are carefully planned and elaborated.Especially in view of the current mode of the construction of the deficiencies,created "stability","accuracy","enterprising" as development strategy in the future.About this research of the mode,I hope it would be possible to improve the public cultural services of the masses,to improve the cultural acquisition of the people,to improve the efficiency of the public cultural service,to provide an innovative and effective way.It also is hoped to promote the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural services,and build a better and faster development way for the modern public cultural service system.
