The network community is a universal and important form of existence in this era,and it fits the need for the development of China in the new era.With the development of Internet technology,network community grows,and while people are enjoying the pleasure of the network community,some of them also overstep the moral bottom line,destroying the benign ecosystem of the network community.Such phenomena arouse people’s close attention.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should strengthen the construction of Internet content,set up a comprehensive network governance system,attach importance to network education and create a clear cyberspace.Obviously,it is imperative to rectify and repair the ecological environment of the Internet.The Internet opens a fascinating physical space for us,offering openness and convenience at the same time,also bring us some negative effects.When people persisted in the development of Internet technology,but ignored the ideal pursuit of network ethics.Every netizen has to face the information of spam,harassment of advertisements,intrusion of viruses,and the temptation of pornographic resources.Some of them even experienced cyber violence,cyber fraud,network hijacking,and cyber agitation.These negative effects weaken the current mainstream thought,intensified people’s ideological decadence,and diminished their sense of social responsibility.In the long term,cyber pollution will cause serious damage to social culture,economy and other aspects in people’s daily life,and will further disrupt the network order,affect social stability,damage the national security,and even change the public’s cognitive model,worsen and poison the public opinion environment.Before the network ethics is established,the Internet has fully exerted its influence on human society.This is one of the important reasons for the imbalance of the network ecology.In addition,the lack of guidance to the negative effects of the network,the lack of supervision of the network public opinion platform,the lack of the constraints of the network legal system,and the anonymity of the Internet itself tend to lead to the evil side of human nature,which makes the moral chaos in the network community erupt constantly.The network chaos promotes the construction of a network community morality to resolve the ecological imbalance of the network.In the moral construction of the network community,the existing positive core values such as altruism and reciprocity should continue to be strengthened.What is more important is to reconstruct the moral principles and norms applicable to the network community in order to strengthen the value recognition;strengthen the moral education of the network community so that it can improve its own information identification capabilities,and consciously resist and avoid the harm of information pollution;improve network laws and regulations to crack down on cyber crimes;the government should change mind while increase technical investment,strengthen research on network monitoring technology,strengthen monitoring in the process of information dissemination,create a public opinion environment of “virtue” in the network community.Only by the combination of these measures,can we establish a new space for value experience and realize a “clear and green” Internet environment.
