A Study Of Pinghua Folk Songs And Ethnic Identity In Nanning

Nanning Pinghua Folk Song is the representative of the traditional Pinghua folk arts.At present,the development of Pinghua Folk Songs is gradually declining and the situation is not optimistic.Based on the local society of Nanning,the folk arts represented by Pinghua Folk Songs has been given vitality,which provides a useful reference for the study of other ethnic groups and folk culture.It is the purpose of this paper.This paper,on the basis of fieldwork,uses ethnic identity theory and literature analysis methods to analyze and construct the ethnic identity of Pinghua speakers in Nanning,and sorts out the history of Pinghua Folk Songs,hoping to supplement and perfect it effectively.The academic community lacks in this area.Nanning Pinghua folk songs and the ethnic identity of Pinghua speakers are two-way interactions.Pinghua Folk Song plays a major role in promoting and building ethnic identity.This is manifested in four aspects: strengthening the attachment of ethnic groups,stabilizing the social order of ethnic groups,shaping the cultural traditions of ethnic groups,and clarifying the identity of ethnic groups.The ethnic identity of the Pinghua people in Nanning also regulates and protects the Pinghua folk songs,mainly focusing on the directivity of the Pinghua folk songs,the tendency of the art form,and the consciousness of inheritance and protection.In the context of the new era,the Pinghua culture represented by Pinghua folk songs presents a separation between traditional identity and modern discourse,and the Pinghua culture also undergoes a process of cultural reorganization and modern identity construction.The study found that in order to solve the problem of the existence and development of folk culture represented by the Pinghua Folk Songs of Nanning,it is necessary to emphasize the individual's participation in the definition of ethnic identity and the role of ethnic identity.The modern construction of ethnic identity should be concerned.
