Li Xisheng’s Poetry Research And Its Acceptance To Li Shangyin

The late Qing Dynasty poet Li Xisheng was famous for his imitat ing Li Shangyin.As a tributary of the Xikun Style in Hunan during the reign of Guangxu,Li Xisheng used the reverse thinking of history,constituted the school of Xikun Style in the end of Guangxu with Zhang Hong,Wang Baorong,Cao Yuanzhong who come from the Jiangsu region.At this time,the imitating Tongguang Style became the mainstream of the poetry field,and in Hunan,due to geographical factors,it also became a school of “Huxiang Style”.The Middle and Late Tang Dynasty also became the rising star of the poetry.Under such a cultural environment,Li Xisheng excluded external interference and jumped out of geographical constraints,imitating Li Shangyin and has a unique research significance.This article uses Li Xisheng’s poetry as the research object.the first chapter systematically analyzes the development of poetry schools of the same period from the horizontal perspective.It focuses on the Huxiang S tyle,Zhongwantang Style,Tongguang Style,and the Xikun Style in the late Qing Dynasty.The four schools combed and explored Li Xisheng’s connection with these schools,thereby examining Li Xisheng’s position in the poetic world and the status of Li Xisheng’s poetics.Li Xisheng imitating Li Shangyin is different from the Northern Song Dynasty’s Xikun Style were in art form.Li Shangyin.The grief and end-of-life feelings that evoked a strong life experience in poetry supplement the content and ideological deficiencies of the Xikun Style in the Northern Song Dynasty.Li Xisheng admires Du Fu,so he follows the poetics path of “Learn To Fair The Yisahn And Follow Shaoling”.The second chapter is based on "Yanyingyhai Poem Existence",combined with the historical background of the late Qing Dynasty,and carried out a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of Li Xisheng’s poetic thinking and artistic characteristics.There are more than 200 existing poems in "Yanyingyhai Poem Existence".All of them are written after Geng Zi,and they are mainly composed of current affairs poems,resigned poems,and rewarding poems.Among them,current affairs poems can best demonstrate his poetry ideas.Li Xisheng’s poems are unique in their artistic features,they use allusions,metaphor and they are eloquent,lingering plaintives,and characterized by elegant and rich language.On the basis of previous research.The third chapter examines Li Xisheng’s poetic origin from the vertical aspect of history and discusses his acceptance of Li Shangyin’s poetry.In terms of style,Li Xisheng inherited the poetic style of Li Shangyin’s sentiment from the unique choice of rhetoric and imagery.In terms of poetry and art,he accepted the artistic features of Li Shangyin’s extensive use of books and philanthropism.Li Xisheng’s poetry creation is not blindly pursued by Li Shangyin.Instead,he hopes to make a choice and surpass it.They later benefitted from multiple divisions and expanded their horizons,their style has changed,but the main style of "Yanyingzhai Poem Existence" is imitating Li Shangyin.
