This Research is based on Dramas of Creative Society,Taiwan,combining Pluralistic Culture in modern society of Taiwan,analyzing pluralistic narrative strategy and phenomenon about Identity of modern Taiwanese Theater that represented by Creative Society,and trying to do contrast and compare researching on modern society and culture of Taiwan.Through the methods of classified study and intensive reading of the text,this thesis is longitudinally studying different works from different playwrights,selectively analyzing narrative connotations and narrative logic of identity in the magnum opus of Chi,Wei-jan,Chou,Hui-ling,Wei,Ying-chuan etc.,from three processes which are History and Nation,Female and Gender,Language and Culture.Chapter 1.considers history and nation as research object,starting from the point of view about anti-authority and anti-essence,and the allegorical dramas,selectively analyzing that Wei,Ying-chuan's work:Taiwan Dreams Episode I:Dream Hotel(2014)'s allegorized narrative strategy from birth to identity,to Authoritative Narration of history and nation,and narrative point of view of Pluralistic Identity on history,indicates Creative Society s in-depth attention to Taiwanese society and significant meaning of literature texts.Chapter 2.takes identifying narration of self-identification and social-identification from females and homosexuals as clues,paying attention to reconstruction of identity from talking to acting,emphasizing on positive attention to females and homosexuals and narrative strategy of gender identifying patterns from silence to phonation,comprehensively revealing identity constructing from the process,both mental and social,through Chou,Hui-ling's work:He is my Wife,He is my Mother(2009).Chapter 3.puts emphasis on the globalization and identifying area of culture,reveals culture indicates divergent points of modern culture identity,under the intervention with both traditional and mass mediate in globalization.Chi,Wei-Jan's work:REEL MUDERS intensely shows Taiwanese current situation that pluralism but subject losing by the narrative method of parody,extruding unconsciously influence of culture discourse,embodying dialectical thoughts about pluralism in modern Taiwan and the caution of Western cultural centralism by Creative Society dramas.Creative Society(2005)'s dramas are different with other theater in modern Taiwan,can make script's in-depth narrative functions play a sufficient role in theatric art,consistently responding and introspecting to the complex influence of pluralism in every area from Taiwanese society and culture.Creative Society can reveal pluralistic social and culture topic by multiple narrative characters and points,and actively explore innovation of Theatric Narration in theatric practice,is provided with realistic spirit of Schauen from art to reality and constantly innovative and practical aesthetic pursuit.
