Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Feidong County

As a vital link of the construction of culture,the rural public cultural services plays an important role in cultural development.In recent years,the Party and the Government have attached great importance to the construction of rural public cultural services in terms of financial input and policy support.However,some shortcomings and problems remain throughout the development process.Taking Feidong county as an example,at present,the supply of public cultural services in rural areas in China is still insufficient and uneven.This paper analyzes the current problems and causes of the supply of rural public cultural services in Feidong county by combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis,and puts forward practical suggestions on how to improve the supply of rural public cultural services in the future.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current research and discussion on rural public culture,and then makes a study of the relevant concepts of rural public cultural services and the theoretical basis of the thesis.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,data analysis and discussion,this paper keep abreast of the current situation of rural public cultural service construction,especially in the supply aspect.From deep analysis of ideological understanding,supply subject,fund-raising mechanism and the demand expression of farmers,the following conclusions are drawn:the current rural public cultural service construction in Feidong county is deficient in supply,lack of local characteristics and shortage of talents.In view of the above problems,the suggestion of establishing a people-oriented service concept,innovativing financing-channels,establishing a diversified supply subject,building local characteristics and improving security system is given.
