Compare Thought Principles And Compositional Techniques In Two Versions Of The Degree Work Dong Gui

The Mongols has a profound cultural background in many fields such as history,arts,musical culture and instruments etc.,which caused extensive concern from each parts of our society.Especially in the field of musical culture,the Mongolian music style and its traditional instruments have some influence across the world.This thesis includes three chapters: Chapter 1 is the creating summary of two band versions of the degree work Dong Gui.This chapter will summarize the inspiration of this work,the details of two bands and their works,and the performing instruments of Dong Gui.Chapter 2 will emphatically analyze the detailed thinking and composition technique of the structure,performing instruments and expression of emotion in two band versions of Dong Gui.Chapter 3 analyzes the generality and individuality between performing practice and function,pitch range,timber,emotional expression.Comparing the western orchestra version and Mongolian orchestra version,this thesis analyzed the creation thought and composition technique.It made attempts to combine traditional Mongolian music,contemporary composition technique and different band performing instruments.
