The Normal College Instrumental Course is a compulsory subject,among which foreign instruments include the cello.The cello has a wide range of sounds and beautiful sounds.It is loved by people.It has more expressive power.It can play deep and vigorous music,and can also play gentle and romantic music.The teaching of the cello aims to enable students to understand and become familiar with a variety of musical forms and develop their comprehensive ability to appreciate art.Cello teaching has gradually become an important applied subject in music education in normal universities.This subject focuses on the cultivation of students' practical ability in performance.However,there are still only a few studies on the innovation of student learning models and teaching methods.Learning theory is one of the basic theories that guide teaching and learning.This paper applies some of the theoretical foundations of information processing learning theory,gestalt learning theory,and constructivist learning theory in educational psychology theory to cello teaching in higher education.To explore the teaching of cello teaching in normal colleges.This article is divided into two chapters:The first chapter describes the meaning of this series of theory and the connection with the teaching of cello teaching in normal colleges.The second chapter is the main part of the article.It discusses the possibility of applying information to the teaching of cello teaching in higher normal schools,such as the input of information,the encoding and storage of information,the extraction of information,the application of the "whole and partial" theory,and the cultivation of "the ability to understand".Initially proposed strategies for teaching cello teaching in higher normal colleges,in order to guide the teaching of cello teaching in higher normal colleges,and to enrich the teaching theory of cello teaching in normal universities.
