Study On Northeast Wood Utilization Industry In Republic Of China From The Perspective Of Environmental History

At the beginning of the establishment of the Republic of China,China has already completed a series of social changes under the influence of European style and beautiful rain.The industrialization of capitalist production has gradually extended to all areas of society.The traditional forestry industry,centered around the development of forest and timber,has also been on the road of industrialization as an important part of modern industrialization.The transformation of production mode is bound to trigger new natural and social environmental responses.A series of topics centered around the environment have become a research focus and hotspot since the middle of last century.The rise and development of environmental history is a powerful proof.Northeast China,as an important forest resource storage area,is representative of the development of modern timber utilization industry and its natural and social environmental impact.Therefore,the dynamic relationship between human and nature in the historical development process is discussed from the perspective of environmental history,and it has a certain guiding role in the overall development of the "five in one" overall layout.This paper will study the wood utilization industry centered on the development and processing of wood,specifically be related to industrial paper,match making,plywood production,coke production and other fields.The purpose of this paper is to interpret the gains and losses of the development of wood use industry in the northeast of China through an environmental perspective,to find the concept of human environmental protection in the early industrialization of our country,to find a source for the current environmental awareness of our country,and to provide a reference for the current industrial development of wood utilization.The article mainly includes the following parts:The first part introduces the current situation of the development of wood utilization industry in Northeast China,including the situation of forest resources in the northeast,the basic conditions for the development of wood utilization industry,including water resources,mineral resources,transportation and so on.In the second part,the development of wood processing,paper making and matchmaking in Northeast China during the period of the Republic of China,as well as the mechanized production process of wood utilization industry are expounded.And then,from the clear development track,we confirm the integration of the modernization of industrial development and the socialization of the natural environment,and point out the important role of the mechanized production mode in the interaction between the human and the environment.The third part analyzes the impact of the development of wood industry on the primary environment,including two aspects of environmental damage and environmental pollution,and points out the strong response of the environment to the people.In fact,this is the source and historical development of China’s environmental problems.It represents most of the outcomes of the symbiotic development of human and environment in the early stage of industrialization.The fourth part analyzes and summarizes the thinking and action of people’s response to the environment in the Republic of China,looking for historical roots and cultural confidence for our current environmental protection ideology.The coordinated development path of industrial development and environment is not only the current choice,but also reflected in the rise and development of modern timber utilization industry in Northeast China.The concept of harmonious and sustainable development originates from the past,practising in the present and developing in the future.
