A Study On The Legal Problems Of The Conflict Of Rights In The Development Of Taking Square Dance

Along with the "National Fitness Program","sports law" and the "Sports" in 13 th Five-Year "planning" in-depth implementation,as a very common way of fitness,carried out like a raging fire,the square dance in the city at the same time,it also has a profound understanding of the value of the square dance,but at the same time,because the square dance in "nuisance" problem is more and more serious,therefore,the society attaches more and more importance to solve the city square dance disturbing problem.In this paper,the legal issues of the conflict of rights in the community square dance movement are taken as the research object.Through the literature,questionnaire,and logical analysis,the current situation of the conflict in the development of community square dance is investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.First,square dance can satisfy people’s spiritual needs,and it has certain significance in cultivating sentiment and enhancing physical fitness.Under the background of nationwide fitness,square dance is more and more popular among people,especially the elderly.Its characteristics are collectivism,randomness and spontaneity.The site is mainly a wide area of residential district,park and so on.Second,because of the noise of square dance,occupying space,disturbing order,garbage and so on,it causes the problem of disturbing people in the square dance.Among them,the noise is the most prominent,the noise time is long,the decibels are high,causing the nuisance of the people.Third,with the continuous enhancement of people’s legal consciousness,people pay more attention to their own rights and interests,and the dispute of square dance is on the rise.Fourth,the current lack of publicity and education and guidance in civilization and legal system,coupled with negative reports of vicious events,catalyzed the contradiction between residents and square dance exercisers.Fifth,in the dispute caused by the conflict of sports rights and other rights,the litigation procedure should pay attention to mediation and reconciliation in the lawsuit and try to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both sides.Based on this,we get the following conclusions:First,integrate the scattered areas of residential quarters and squares,so that people’s needs for entertainment,leisure and fitness can be satisfied,so that the ability of community sports service can be improved as much as possible.Second,guide the square dance Judi to balance the interests of residents from the noise and the interests of residents’ fitness,entertainment and leisure,and enhance the personal cognition depth and breadth of citizens through education.Third,we should strengthen the management of square dance through the improvement of laws and regulations of public sports facilities,the formulation of laws and regulations for special community sports facilities management,noise enforcement and administrative enforcement.Based on the multi-agent participation in the square dance management,the effective division of labor mechanism is formulated to effectively deal with the square dance conflict.Fourth,based on the existing public facilities,we should improve public facilities,increase the opening of sports venues,universities and other venues,and solve the problems of noise nuisance and competition for venues.Fifth,the quality of square dance exercisers should be improved.Based on television,network,advertising and other propaganda means,citizens’ merit and law awareness should be enhanced to achieve civilized fitness.
