A Report On The Translation Project Of CAEXPO Senior Visitors' Interview Outline

With successfully holding of CAEXPO,communication between China and ASEAN countries has increased.Focusing on the most advanced technology,the Senior Visitors' Interview enjoys a high popularity in CAEXPO aiming to searching the development prospects.This translation task supports an important platform of China-ASEAN cooperation.This report is based on the translation of CAEXPO Senior Visitors'Interview outline.It is including five chapters:Chapter 1,Project Description;Chapter 2,Pre-translation Analysis and Preparation for translation,including Pre-translation Analysis,Translation Method,Source-text Analysis,the function of Target Text,the Positioning of the target language,and the preparation for translation.Chapter 3,Translation schedule and Translation Process,including plan for revision,translation schedule,translation tools,methods of translation and revision of translation.Chapter 4,Case study.Under the guidance the relevant theory,the author analyses typical translation cases in the long sentence,the process of stream-structure sentences and non-subject sentences.Chapter 5,Summary of Translation.According to the translation,the author summed the difficulty and methods in the process of translation.This report aims to,combines with the summary of interview outline translation,highlight the importance of the interview translation.And the translator hope that this project will involve the knowledge system and theoretical framework in the translation industry and using this knowledge to promote the development and communication of CAEXPO.
