Interpretation Report On Technology-Enabled Blitzscaling

As we know,America is a leading cradle of startups in the world.Global Entrepreneurship Index(GEI)issued by Global Entrepreneurship and Development Institutions demonstrates that according to the score of enterprise spirits,competencies and ambitions,America ranked the first for the last five consecutive years in 132 countries.This project is a course called Technology-Enabled Blitzscaling,which is a part of the newest entrepreneurship public courses(CS183C)of Stanford University.The courses are not only suitable for Stanford's students,but also for all start-up people.The speakers are the real successful start-up people.They share their creative ideas and experiences which will be helpful for the graduates' self-employment.The Interpretive Theory originated in France and focuses on the transference of intended meaning during interpreting.According to Interpretive Theory,interpretation comprises three stages: comprehension,deverbalization and expression.This thesis illustrates how Interpretive Theory help to the translation of selected material and discusses the advantages of using this theory.The report consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction to interpreting materials consisting of three sections: the first section introduces the course,the speakers,the selected material and the characteristics of selected material;the second section explains the reason of the selection of this material;the third section is the significant of using this material.The second chapter introduces the procedure of the interpreting,including preparation,interpreting process and a summary after interpreting.The third chapter is literature review.This chapter introduces the related researches at home and abroad.The forth chapter is the interpreting case study and it is the core part of this report.This chapter analyzes several cases and examples in detail in order to find approaches to improve translation.And the fifth chapter is the conclusion of this report,which summarize some enlightenment from this practice.
